MMEC provides full wellness examinations for patients who believe medical marijuana would cause them relief, including thorough review of medical histories and onsite physicals. Our physicians follow the following process:
- Our doctors will review your medical heath questionnaire that you filled out when checking in with MMEC along with any medical records you may have.
- You will then meet with the doctor to discuss your condition and conduct the physical examination.
- Our doctor will then decide if he/she recommends medical marijuana.
- The doctor will establish a treatment plan with clear objectives.
- The doctor will clearly outline all details of medical marijuana including a discussion on side effects.
- Our doctor will then establish the period for which your recommendation is good for. Most times it will be a year; however, it could be in smaller periods if the doctor wants to see you again or if you need to deliver follow up documentation.
